Our cleaner is perfect for most hard, non-porous materials like diamonds, gold, platinum, stainless steel, and modern eyeglasses. However, avoid cleaning delicate organic or porous items—such as pearls, opals, turquoise, emeralds, or jewelry with glued-in settings—as these can be damaged by the vibration or moisture.
Do I need a special cleaning solution?
While the AuraSonic is highly effective with plain water, you can achieve an even deeper, faster clean by adding a small drop of mild dish soap to the water. Avoid using flammable, corrosive liquids like alcohol, bleach, or acetone, as these can damage both your items and the machine.

How often should I change the water?
